This website is owned and operated by Digital Multitools Incorporated and contains material that is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Digital Multitools Incorporated grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Digital Multitools Incorporated. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this website or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Availability of this Website
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of this website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

Your Conduct
You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.

You understand that you, and not Digital Multitools Incorporated, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the website for lawful purposes only.

Electronic Communications
When you visit www.dmtz.com or www.digitalmultitools.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Prices and Availability
Prices and availability of items on this website are generally listed under each items description. These prices and availabilities are monitored and checked frequently. However, delivery estimates are estimates, and may not be relied on as anything more than estimates. As we process orders, we will contact you via email or phone as quickly as we can regarding issues with product availability.

Additionally, despite our best efforts, prices may be listed incorrectly due to human or computer error. If you have completed a purchase with an incorrect price, and that price is lower than the actual item cost, we will at our discretion contact you for instructions before the shipment of that item, or cancel your order for that item and notify you of such cancellation.

We cannot adjust the prices of items due to listing errors, or guarantee the availability of any item prior to sale.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
When you place an order to purchase a product from Digital Multitools Incorporated (www.dmtz.com), we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have shipped that product to you (“shipping confirmation e-mail”). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the order confirmation e-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not been confirmed in a shipping confirmation e-mail do not form part of that contract.

Completing an order from Digital Multitools Incorporated in any form constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders that have been placed with Digital Multitools Incorporated may not be canceled once the shipping process has begun. Orders may not be canceled for any reason after three business days of receipt of the initial e-mail order confirmation.

If for any reason an order is canceled despite our order cancellation terms, the order will be subjected to a 20% non-refundable restocking fee equal to 20% of the order total.

Order Confirmation E-mail
An order confirmation e-mail is sent as a courtesy to our customers when an order is placed. We do our best to insure that these emails are accurate. From time to time, due to human and computer error, these emails contain incorrect information. Please contact support immediately upon receiving an e-mail confirmation with questionable information. Please contact us at http://dmtz.com/contact-us/ or call (905) 709-2334 X 116. We will do our best to correct this information. If incorrect information has been entered by you at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for mis-shipped items, or delayed orders. We will do our best to rectify any situations that arise there from. Incorrect information does not invalidate the other terms and conditions of sale.

Unauthorized Resale
We reserve the right to refuse any customer we suspect of unauthorized resale of any Digital Multitools Incorporated products. Unauthorized reselling of Digital Multitools Incorporated products is strictly forbidden, and will be considered a violation of these terms of agreement.

Digital Multitools Incorporated also reserves the right to refuse sale to any customer we consider to be in violation of our terms of agreement.

Discount Codes and Special Offers
All discount codes apply to the original, non-discounted price of each item. Free-shipping codes only apply to orders shipped within the continental United States and Canada. Some items are not subject to discounts. We reserve the right to deny any discounts or special offers that have been applied incorrectly, or that have expired. Discount codes may be used only once per customer unless otherwise noted, and expire 90 days after issuance unless otherwise noted.

Discount codes and special offers may not be combined, unless otherwise noted. We try our best to keep the website working correctly, however acceptance of any discount code by our website does not automatically mean we are obliged to honor that discount.

Returns Policy
Ordering from Digital Multitools Incorporated automatically entails agreeing to our returns policy. No return will be accepted without an authorized RMA #. Returns must be sent to our Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada office in their original condition within 14 days of product receipt. All returns after 14 days or without a valid RMA # will be processed at our discretion.

Refunds will be issued in two to four weeks from receipt of a valid return.

Items whose description is marked “final sale” are considered final sale, and may not be returned for any reason.
